Midway Attraction - May Day.

Attached is a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement between the City and
Westcoast Amusements Ltd. respecting the Operation of the midway
attractions for the May Day celebrations. Might we suggest that Council
Bive consideration to the passage of the following resolution:

"That the Agreement dated May 21st, 1981 between the City and Westcoast
Amusements Ltd. to Operate midway attractions for the 1981 May Day

celebrations be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to
sign the necessary Agreement therefore on behalf of the City and to
affix the Corporate Seal thereto."

Cheques for payment of the deposits have been obtained as has a
Certificate of Insurance.
