3. A mobile poll shail be established at the places and during the

times specified by the "Mobile Poll Establishment By-law, 1975, No.

1396"; namely, at some convenient location at the Senior Citizens’
housing facility known as "Dogwood Manor" located at 3155 Seymour Street,
from 8 o'clock in the forenoon until 12 o'clock noon and at some convenient
location in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111 Hawthorne Avenue, from 1 o'clock in
the afternoon until 5 o'clock in the afternoon, on November 15th, 1980.
4. An advanced poll will be held at the place and during the time
specified by the "Advanced Poll By-law, 1969, No. 956"; namely, at the
Port Coquitlam City Hall from 8:30 o'clock in the forenoon until 6
o'clock in the afternoon on Monday, November 3rd, 1980 and from 8:30
o'clock in the forenoon until 4:30 o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday

to Friday, inclusive, November 4th to 7th, 1980 and from 8:30 o'clock in
the forenoon until 4:30 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday, November
10th, 1980 and Wednesday to Friday, inclusive, November 12th to 14th,
1980.

5. The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the
respective polling places is hereby delegated to the Returning Officer
appointed herein.
