Subsequent thereto the developer conveyed the subject lands te Poco Pub Ltd., a company incorporated pursuant to the laws of the Proivnce of British Columbia and of which the developer is an officer and principal shareholder. the legal Gescription of the said lands was also altered and are now known and deseribed as: Lot 271 of District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 55955, New Westminster District 4. , The Land Use Contract prohibited the development of the subject lands except in compliance with theplans and requirements attached to and forming Schedule "B" thereof, 5. Tha site plan and prospective drawing of the development attached to and forming part of Schedule "B" of said Land Use Contract provide for an open patio approximately 101 feet 6 inches in area to be constructed adjoining the north side of the improvement constructed on the subject lands. 6e | The developer proposes to alter the improvement constructed on the subject landg by permanently enclosing the outdoor patio aforesaid. The area to be encloned ia outlined in red on the floor plan attached as Schedule “a” hereto. A copy of the floor plan attached to and forming a part of Schedule "B” of the Land Use Contract aforesaid is attached as Schedule “D" hereto. ’
