The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City or Port Coquitlam
will hold a Public Hecring in the Counr il Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Pore Cc quitlaa,' B.C.’ on Monday, April
23rd, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-law to
amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651",

By-law No. 1663: To rezone:

a) Lot A and Remainder of Lot 3. Block 9, District Lot 232,

Group One, Plan 3613, New Westminster District; and
bd) «= Lots 354 and 355, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan
33046, New Westminster District ;
from ns-2 (Single-Family Residential) to RS-i (Single-Family

Residential).

This property js located az 1515, 1545 and 1559 Pitc River Road
and 4s expected that 46 gesidential lots will be created ~*
following completion of the rezoning. procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall; at the address given above, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ~ om working days ~ from April
