Attached hereto please find a sketch of the above mentioned proposed
subdivision which has been submitted to this office for approval by the Approving
Officer. Lots 152 to 160 inclusive do not meet the minimum frontage requirements of
Sections 401 and 405 of the City's Subdivision of Land By~law. Would you place this
matter before the Municipal Council with the request that an exemption be provided

for Lots 152 ~ 160 inclusive as permitted by Section 712 (2) of the Municipal Act,

This conforms to the policy established by the Council by resolution of June Sth, 1972,
