The Kinsmen Club of the City of Port Coquitlam once again
requests that the City Council grant us the priviledge of having
the Dates of July ist. to July 3rdo be declared as the Kinsmen
annual July isto Sports. Carnival and we be allowed to contact
the City's Recreation Department to be allocated playing
fields and locations to carry out the varied Sports activities
which:we have done in previous yearSe

We intend to have most of our Sports activities co-ordin-
ated by the end of the meuth of april and will submitt a
complete list of our proposed Agenda to the Recreation Yepartment
and the Gity Council at that timeo

We hope that the above will meet with your approval in
principle and we can continue our excellent working relation-
ship to serve our Communi ty o
