Road for a licence to operate a Personal Care Home for up to five adults.

The property is presently zoned RS~2 and as such is not approved for Personal Care
Use. The parcel would require rezoning to RS~l for this purpose. No formai
rezoning application was received from the applicant as the inquiry came by way of
the Simon Fraser Health Unit, however, the Committee is prepared to recommend the
property for rezoning to RS-1 subject to the owner making the proper application
and paying the required fee. The property is an isolated piece of RS-2 land that
can easily be incerporated into the RS-1l zone without complication.
