RE: Nature Area Dedication By-law, 1973, No. 1281

The above noted By-law appears on the Agenda for tonight's Council meeting
for first three readings. Due to a delay in the registration of the By-law
that closed the roads and lanes in the Nature Area we are unable to provide
a4 proper legal description of the closed roads for the Nature Area By-law
and we would therefore ask that the Council defer first three readings of
the By-law until next weeks meeting.

Additionally, the resolution appointing the Returning Officer for the Nature
Area Dedication By-law and making arrangements for the holding of the vote
should also be delayed. -
