BYLAW NO. 1887

a4 Bylaw cto amend the "'Ciry of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979,
No. 1651",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. | Section 49(5)(e) of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979,
No. 1651" is tepealed and che following substituted:

"(e) Senior Citizens Housing (i) 1 for each 5 dwelling units
where a public transit stop
is located within 50m (164 fc.)
and retail shopping facilities
are located within 200m (656 fr.)
of the nearest boundary of the
lot on which the Senior Citizens
Housing is located.

lL for each 3 dwelling units. where

a public transit stop and recail
shopping facilities are not located
within the distances specified in
sub clause (i) above."

2. This Bylaw nay be cited for ail purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Byiaw, 1982, No. 1887".
