THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - ZONING BY-LAW C ยข U N C FEB - 2 1976 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, February 16th, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following ~ proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": lL By-law No. 1421: to rezone Lots 42, 43, 44, and 45, Blocks M & N District Lot 289, Group 1, Plan 2078, New Westminster District, from RM-2 (Medium Density Apartment Residential) to RM-4 (Maximum Density Apartment Residential). The properties described above have the civic addresses of 2236 and 2244 Atkins Avenue and it is expected that a 13 suite apartment building will be constructed on the site following completion of the rezoning procedures. | A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working days - from February 5th to February 16th, 1976. | All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the By~law.
