Ms. K. Forrest, 1620 Knappen Street spoke in opposition to the Official Community Plan
amendment citing areas along the river that can be accessed by the public.

Mr. John Bowles, 2495 Kensington Place expressed concerns regarding congestion in the area
and safety factors. He also suggested that there is already access areas along the river.

Mr. M. Forrest, 1620 Knappen expressed concer that people think that they cannot access the
river through the south end of Pitt River Road; and this is not true

The Public Hearing was adjoumed at 8:15 p.m.
