That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above. : BACKGROUND : A Rezoning and Development Permit Application has been received for the construction of a 59 unit townhouse development at 2480-2485 Ottawa Street (Riverside Drive). The site is presently zoned RS-3 (Estate Residential) and designated "Townhouse" in the Official Community Plan. The project is subject to the guidelines in Development Permit Area VIII - Riverwood.
