Oetober 21, 1991/239 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prtor to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, October 21st, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, M.J. Gordon, R.H. Talbot, and M.R. Wright in attendance. Aiso in attendance were Deputy Administrator City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer I. Zahynacz, Director of Planning C.R. Felip and Secretarial Assistant to the City Clerk S. Rauh. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor LL.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2620: to. amend: Lot B Section 6, Block 6 North Range 1 East Plan 7793 New Westminster District from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential)and the property is located at 2624 Coast Meridian Road. fhe following people spoke regarding the proposed rezoning: Mr. D. Campbell, 1404 Larkspur Drive asked it Cedar Drive road way would be carried through? The number of lots created indicated 47 homes, this area ~ gould hold approximately 130, how many lots will be created? Also will any parks be created? The City Planner indicated that there is an existing road right-of-way, however, there are no plans to put the road through. The. . Planner also indicated that only 47 lots would be created in the first phase and that parks have been planned in the overall Riverwood Area but not in this particular parcel, Mr. J.
