SUBJECT: Revisions to the Building and Plumbing Bylaw 2568

RECOMMENDATI GH s

That the City Clerk be authorized to make the following revisions to Schedule
C, Part 6, Plumbing Permit Fees of the Building and Plumbing Bylaw No. 2568;

Section 6.1 add the wording “with a minimum fee of $50.00";
Subsection change the fee from $11.70 to $14.80;
Subsection change the fee from $11.70 to $14.80;
Subsection delete the wording "with a minimum of $60.00";
Subsection . add the wording "water main installations";

change the fee from $1.75 per metre with a
minimum fee of $18.00 to 60¢ per meter;

Subsection 6.1.11. add the wording “within a. building";
change the fee from $1.75 per metre with a
minimum fee of $18.00 to 60¢ per meter.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

These revisions are necessary to avoid over charging of the plumbing permit
fees due to a calculation error.
