Development Permit Application 2448, 2464, 2482, 2518 Pitt River Road.

Seconded by Alderman Laking:

It is recommended that Council approve the following:

1. A resolution authorizing the Planning Department to draft
Development Permit 30/90; and

A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Development
Permit, subject to:

a) Completion of rezoning application 10/90;

b) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning; and

c) Submission of a complete landscaping plan and its specifications,
and a submission of the appropriate securities to the
satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department.

Licensed Establishment ~ 1651 Lougheed Highway.

It is recommended that Council:

1. Refer this application for a lounge complementary to a proposed
hotel, to a public information meeting; and

2. Do not support the application for a beer and wine store,
complementary to 4 proposed hotel, on the subject property.
