A resolution authorizing the Planning Department to draft Development Permit 30/90; and A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Development Permit, subject to: a) Completion of rezoning application 10/90; b) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; and c) Submission of a complete landscaping plan and its specifications, and a submission of the appropriate securities to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department.
