RECOMMENDA TION =

THAT the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lots 1 and
156 of Block K, Block 4, D.L. 479, Grp 1 NWLD Plan 26223 from RS-1 to C-2.

COMMENTS =

This application is to extend a commercial designation over a second lot
to expand an approved development proposal. The proposal conforms with the
Official Community Plan designation of the property and conforms with the
zoning setback requirements. Approval of the application is recommended.
