BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: The buitding constructed on 4056 Wedgewood Street has a portion which overhangs the City's storm sewer right of way. The encroachment is only about 10 cm into the right of way at a height of about 2 1/2 meters above the right of way. Normally if this type or encroachment is caught during the construction of the building, the builder Is required to remove the encroachment. in this case, the building [fs complete and the new owners have moved In.
