Intent of the Proposed Bylaw: to rezone:

To repeal a!! provisions presently contained in the
Zoning Bylaw that proport to specify minimum fot size
requirements.

Location of Property Affected:

All property In the City may be affected by the amendment.

Purpose of the Amendment:

To allow the "Subdivision Bylaw, 1985, No. 2126" of
the City to be the document that specifies minimum lot
sizes. ; .

Further Information.

A copy of tthe proposed bylaw may be inspected In the Office of the City Clerk, Port
Coquittam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until! the Public

Hearing. ,

Also available for Inspection are coples of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zontng Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and < report referring
specI fically to the purpose of the amending bylaw.

Public Participation:

At the hearing al! persons who beltleve their Interest In property affected by the
proposed bytaw shal! be afforded an opportunity to be heard on matters contained In

it.
