Coquitlam will hold a Public Nearing in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Mall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
Monday, August 25th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed
by~law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No.
1651".

By-law No. 1773:: to rezone the easterly portion of

Block 3 of District Lot 380, Group 1, Plan 1106 Except:

Firstly: Parcel "A" (Explanatory Plan 15666)

Secondly: Part Subdivided by Plan 31302 and

Thirdly: Part Subdivided by Plan 32530

New Westminster. District from A-1 to RS-1..

‘This property is located at 2402 Glenwood Avenue (east of

Morrill Street and west of the Coquitlam River) and it is

expected that nine single family residential lots will be

created following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office
of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from

-August 14th to August 25th, 1980. - me

the proposed By-law shall -be afforded: an opportunity to be heard at the

‘Public Nearing on matters contained in the By-law.
