Issuing By-law, 1979, No. 1678" the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

borrowings in the amount of $250,000.00:

AND WIEREAS a2.) commitments for which the monies realised from the said
agreenent have been met and ful£ili ed, and there remains uncxpended the sum of -

“ARD WHEREAS it is deemed desirable and expedient to use the monies to
“assist in defraying the cost of installing drainage pumps in the pump sunys

constructed with the funds borrowed under the said By-Jow No. 167€;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitian, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

di. That with reference to the "Former Coquitlam Nyking District Specified Area
Security Issuing By-law, 1979, No. 1678" the balance of the funds now on hand

in the sum of $22,133.07 and any interest earned at the date of withdrawal ow
used to assist in defraying the cost of installing drainage pumps in the pum:
sumps and that authority be hereby granted to all things necessary in conneei ion

therewith,
