A By~law to amend the "Traffic Regulation By~law, 1971, No. VA17" sevens

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open meeting as:ombled,. enacts ‘as follows:

1. Divisien One of the "Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, No. 1117" is
amended by inserting, following Section 130, the following as Section 130A:
"130A. Where in this By-law the expression "Handicapped Parking"
is used the same shall refer to the parking of a vebicle displaying the identification
sticker issued ty the’ Social Planning and Review Council of British Columbia and
No person shall park, stop, or stand a vehicle not displaying such sticker in any

parking space or area declared or designated by this By-law to be reserved for

"Handicapped Parking",

2. Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the By-law is amendad by

deleting the following therefrom:

3. Clause (a) of Sextion 8 of Schedule "A" of the By-law is further amended

by inserting the following in its correct alphabetical order:

4. Clause (c) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the By-law is amended by
inserting the following as Section 20:
"20, "Reserved for Handicapped Parking"
5. Schedule "B" of the By-law is amended by assigning section numberts to
the various sections presently contained therein as fellows:
"Location of "STOP" Signs' shall be numbered section "1,"
‘Location of "NO LEFT TURN" Signs! shal) te numbered section "2."
"Location of "NO THROUCH TRAFFIC" Signs’ shall be numbered section "4,"
‘Location of "TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS" ' shall be numbered section "5,

"Location "RIGHE TURN ONLY" Signs’ shall bo numbered section "6."
