BY-LAW NO. 1530

THE CORPORATION OF THE CLTY OF PORT COQUITLAM

A By-law to amend the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials Collection,
Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Clause (a) of Section 10 of the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials
Collection, Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426" is repealed and
the following substituted therefor:

."€a) The charge payable by each owner and occupier of premises

fox the service authorized by this By~law, shall be Thirty

Dollars ($30.00) per annum and there shall be imposed, levied

and collected from each owner and occrpier, a special annual

charge of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) for each of the premises

herein defined."
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam
Refuse Materials Collection, Removal and Regulation By~law,'1976, No. 1426,

Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1530".
