This proposed subdivision does not meet the frontage
requirements of the Subdivision of Land By-law. The proposed
subdivision has been discussed in detail as part of the necessary
rezoning procedures, therefore, would you please place a request
for Council's consideration to exempt this subdivision from the

Subdivision By-law frontage requirements as provided for in

Section 712(2) of the Municipal Act.
