OF Por’ 7 An yeu wd ) BY-LAW NO. 1407 C NOV 17 $975 A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in cpen meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Section 2.6 of Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992" is repealed and the following substituted: "2.6 Clearing The complete road right-of-way shall be cleared of all brush, trees, vines, roots, stumps and other organic materials which, Soe upon decomposition, could cause settlement to occur. Brush, AS sgt OR trees, vines, roots, and stumps shall be stock piled off the NERS road right-of-way and then disposed of in a manner approved by the City Engineer. Topsoil, turf, ete. shall be graded out over the lots. outside of the road allowance. The “City of: Port Coquitlam Fire Prevention By-law, 1968, No. 902", as amended, applies to all land clearing operations and outdoor fires in the connection therewith and if the special written permit’ referred to in Section 4 of that By-law is not issued, for any reason whatsoever, no outdoor fires shall be set and ho material shall be burned upon the land being cleared." 2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1407".
