26th, 1975, the City Treasurer, Mr. G.F. Forcier, be authorized to
attend a Management Seminar sponsored by the Municipal Finance Officers'
Association to be held in Calgary, Alberta, October 6th to 8th, 1975,

and that his expenses in connection therewith be paid by the City.

From the City Engineer, September 25th, 1975, advising that at the City Eng.re

Landscaping-
request of the Leisure Activities Committee, the Parks Superintendent Hyde Creek

Centre
prepared an cotimate of the cost of landscaping the grounds at the Hyde

Creek Centre with City crews.

That the recommendation of the Leisure Activities Committee, set
forth in a report from the City Engineer, September 25th, 1975, that
consistent with the City's authority to borrow funds for the Hyde Creek
Centre project, long term financing in the amount of $25,000.00 be

arranged for and that the work of landscaping the grounds thereof with

City crews commence as soon as possible, Carried.

1. That with respect to the forthcoming annual general election Ronald
Arthur Freeman, City Clerk, of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam shall be the Returning Officer.

2. Nominations will be held at the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at the time
specified by Statute; namely, 10 o'clock in the forenoon to 12 o'clock
noon on Monday, October 2 1975.

3. In case # poll is required the same will be held during the time
specified by Statute; namely, from 8 o'clock in the forenoon to 8 o'clock
