as subdivisicn would require a regional plan amendment before it could be carried
out. The land is zoned as Reserve under the Official Regional Plan of the Regional
District. The land would also vequire rezoning to RS-1 by the City before sub-—
division could take place. The City owned land in question is a large area and

has been retained by the City as part of the right-of-way of the Coquitlam River.

The Committee is not prepared to recommend disposal of any portion of this City
owned land at this time,
