WHERFAS by By-law No. 1241 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
cited as the “Lane on Plan 12613, District Lot 464 Road Closure By~law, 1973, No.
1241", as amended by By-law No. 1257 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
cited as the "Lane on Plan 12613, District Lot 464 Road Closure By-Jaw, 1973, No.
1241, Amendment By-law, 1973, No. 1257 ", a certain portion of lane dedicated by
Plan 12613 in the City of Port Coquitlam, in the Province of british Columbia as
shown outlined red on the Plan attached to the said By-law was stopped up and closed

to traffic;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation

of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Licutenant-—Governor in
Council of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for aband-
onment of the said portion of lane dedicated by Plan 12613 as shown outlined red on
the Plan attached to By-law No. 1241 and the vesting of the title to the land com-
prising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
