We submit herein our tender for the provision of the service of toving

A. Scope of Service to be Provided
1. Upon che request of a Peace Officer (either from the &.C.H.P. or the
City's own By-law Enforcement Officer) to attend at any time of the
day or night at the location of the vehicle to be impounded.
2. To tow the impounded vehicle to sur ow gc yard for h

4 Hours during which a vehicle may be clained by rhe registered ovner

3. To store the impounded vehicle in our safe, enclosed, storage asea for a
minioum of Thirty (30) days (unless sooner claimed by the registered ovner).

&. To release the vehicle to the registered ower upon request and to collect
all towing and storage fees chargeable from the registered owner.

3. In the case of unclained vehicles to sell the same at public auction H
(after a minimum storage peried of Thirty (36) days) giving ac least one
week's notice thereof by advertisement in the Legal Claasified section of

@ newspaper circulating in Port Coquitlan.

6. In the case of a vehicle sold at auction to retain from the proceeds
thereof an amount equal to the towing and storage fees thereon with the

balance payable to the City of Port Coquitlaz.

7. To accept, either directly or through our insurera, eli valid claims for
loss or damage incurred to an impounded vehicle while the same is being

towed or is in storage.

We guarantee that the services outlined herein will be provided at the

prices quoted until Decesber 31st, 1973.

5 Special Understandin

We herewith state our understanding and agreement that the City of Port
Coquitlam io no way guarantees payment of our toving and stozage fees
but that these fees must be collected from the registered owner or frow

the proceeds of the public suction sale of the vehicle.
