Re: Implemenation Strategies for High Priority Service tDbjectives Further to our discussions, am writing to suggest a two step approach to the above initiative. I Step ¹1 - STAFf WORKSHOP suggest a one day workshop with all Departmental stai'f at and above the supervisory level. The workshop would: I - review priority service objectives in the Plan - focus on rhe highest priority ones and brainstorm possible ways of achieving them - develop some of the brainstormed ideas At the end of the workshop, each idea worthy of merit would be assigned to one staR person interested in implementing it. I would plan for and facilitate the workshop. .....page 2 y/UN k ZOd F 10 '983e5 Bt VV 965 509 95: 6 l 9 1-90-Z661 jYbd Step 82 - REPORT TO PARKS AND RECREATIOhl COMMITTEE OF COUNCIL of responsibility One senior staff person would be assigned the for submission to workshop the ff1 of Step results writing up the Comthe Committee, would present the report personally at a I mittee meeting.
