DRAFT RESOLUTION

That parcel "One (By-law Plan 61347) of District Lot 255, Group One,
Plan 2106, New Westminster District be sold to Pacific Northwest Land Corporation,

1560 ~ 208th Street, Langley, B.C., at or for the sum of $5,877.00;

SUBJECT to its consolidation with the property immediately north

thereof;

AND THAT his Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to

execute the necessary documents for the purpose aforesaid on behalf of the City

and to fix the corporate seal thereto.
