BYLAW NO. 2640 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" VAN 27 1992 FEB 17 19% The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, &B 24 6&2 open meeting assembled, enacts aa follows: JUL 25 1004 1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: a. Block "B", Sections 1 to 4, Block 5, North Range 1 West and of Sectiona 34 to 36, Bleck 6, North Range 1 West Lying and being on Douglas Island, New Westminster District, Plan 4114; and, b. Block "C", Fractional Sectiona 3 and 4, Block 5, North Range 1 West, New Westminster District, Plan 4114; are hereby zoned RS~3 (Eatate Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" 1s hereby amended to reflect this zoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2640". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of January, 1992.
