A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2860". Tnat certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That portion of: Lot 4 Section 6 Block Six North Range One East Plan 20175 New Westminster District having an area of 0.19 ha (.47 acres) shown included on the plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Smail Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That portion of: Lot 4 Section 6 Block Six North Range One East Plan 20175 New Westminster District having an area of 0.19 ha (.47 acres) shown included on the plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
