P ting A DISCUSSION: The confusion as to the dimension of these three equal lots fronting Kitchener Avenue was probably generated on the mixing up of drawings belonging to different projects. Whatever the case may be, the fact is that it is evident that Council made the third reading decision based on inaccurate information; it is also unclear what the position of the public would be towards the creation of three 45.5 ft. lots. The thrust of the third reading approval that 53 ft. lots exceed the minimum frontage currently permitted under the RS-l zone and, therefore, it was reasonable to support third reading. Since the lots are narrower than permitted under RS-1, it is recommended that this project be referred back to Public Hearing. Dae Carlos Peli teh., M.C.I.P. er, Director of Planning CF/em 1D642/11-12
