In view of the fact that the Municipality will be constructing a Fire Hall on Lota 43-46, inclusive, of Block C, South-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 2289, New Westainster District the amount of $170,848.00 shall be decreased by $25,000.00, which said amount shall be deewed to be a contribution towards the services detailed in Section A aud Section B of this Appendix of which advantage will be taken by the said Fire Hall. The amount to he paid to the Municipalizy by the Greater Vancouver Housing Corporation a8 set out in Section 14 of Lend Use Contract Wo. 10 is $145,848.00. The Municipality acknowledges to the Greater Vancouver Housing Corporation that further wulti-fanily residential development is expected to occur in the general vicinity of the development authorized by this Land Use Contract and that the said sulti-fenily reaidential developwent way be taking advantage of the services outlined in Section A and Section B of this Appendix. The Municipality undertakes to use its best efforts to obtain a reasonable contribution from cach such aulti-fantly residential development and to transnit all amounts received on this account to the Greater Vancouver Housing Corporation. ‘The Greater Vancouver Housing Corporation acknowledges thet there shall be ne lfsbility upon the Municipality should it prove inpossible to collect any such amounts and that the Municipality's liability under this clause is, in any event, limited to a three year Period froa the date thet this Land Use Contract is signed.
