replaced with clean fill to a degree acceptable
to the Fire Chief or an Officer.

When an underground tank is to be removed and not
replaced, the Fire Chief or an Officer shall be
notified at least three working days prior to the
removal of the tank.

All used underground tanks removed from the ground
shall be destroyed or disposed of in conformance
with Subsection 4.10.4 "Reuse and Disposal of
Storage Tanks" of the Fire Code.

No supplier shall deliver petroleum products to an
underground tank, uniess the tank and its
installation has been approved by an officer as
being in compliance with this Bylaw.
