The foundation wal) and base was exposed at two
locations. The bearing surface appears to be adequate , _ i
and concrete in the footinas does not exhibit anv Sd bee
significant signs of deteriorations. ood

The footing wall / bottom sill plate are generaliy below we
existing ground level oe

No evidence of (differential) settlement was obser ved.

6 SLAB ON GRADE

Slab on grade is aenerally below existing ground level, 7
and is generally covered with carpets or tiles. At pe
several locations major cracks were observed. od

Minor evidence of water seenade thouch some of the
cracks was abserved,.

7 WALLS.

The wall finishes were removed at several locations to
inspect the studs.sheachino and sill plates.

The. bottom sill clates and some studs on South and East
sides have detericrated but on North sides they appear
to be acteptable at the jocation where they were
exposed.

The studs, sheathing ¢ interior & exterior ) are
qenerally in:cood condition. with minor cracks at few

locations.
