RESOLUTION: WHEREAS the City has received a complaint that James and Linda Hoffer, owners of 2874 Burns Road, Port Coquitlam, are operating a a business and Storing large quantities of material at 2874 Burns Road, in an agricultural zone; AND WHEREAS the Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer's initial inspection indicates that building has taken place without permits and inspections, that a large quantity of unsightly wrecked vehicles, wood and other debris is stored on the property, and that a business may be operating from the property; AND WHEREAS a further inspection by bylaw enforcement and building personnel is scheduled for July 31, 1990; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that should the July 31, 1990 inspection confirm any or all of the foregoing bylaw violations, that the City solicitor be instructed to bring proceedings in the Supreme Court of British Columbia for an injunction to enforce the provisions of "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code Administration Bylaw, 1974, No. 1298", “Property Maintenance Bylaw 1984, No. 2053" and "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" against James and Linda Hoffer in respect of their property at 2874 Burns Road.
