bring Into the Right Of Way Area all
materials and equlpment, including motor
vehictes, It requires or desires for any of
the foregoing purposes;

clear the Right of Way Area and keep it clear
Of anything which In the opinion of the
Municipality constitutes or may constitute
danger or obstruction to the use of the
Right of Way Area or the Works;

cross over the Lands as necessary for
reasonable access to the Rignt of Way Area
during construction of the Works; and

(e) do all acts which in the opinion of the
Municipality are Incidental to the foregoing;

to the Municipality and to every member of the public
the non-exclusive right of passage at alii times to
enter over, on and in the Right of Way Area to the same
extent as if the Right of Way Area was a public
highway.

2.00 Reservations

2.01 Notwithstanding the right of way and easement
hereinbefore granted, there is hereby reserved to the Grantor,
Subject to the restrictlons and limitations hereinafter set
forth, the right at all times hereafter and from time to time:

(1) subject to recelving the written consent, not to be
unreasonably Withheld, of the Municipal Engineer, to
temporarlty Interrupt the use and enjoyment of the
Right of Way Area for the purpose of:

(1) constructing, laying down and installing
utliity and communications systems of every
Kind and description, together with ait
ancilitary app! lances and equipment under the
Right of Way Area as the Grantor may require
or may deem expedient and altering,
enlarging, extending, removing, repalring,
renewing, maintaining, Inspecting and
replacing the same as may be deemed necessary
Or expedient; and

bullding, constructing, erecting, removing or
enlarging any bullding, erection, structure
Or other Improvement now or hereafter placed
In, Upon, Over or under the Lands other than
the Right of Way Area as the Grantor may
