THIRD READING OF BYLAW 2255

’

That Bylaw No. 2255 be amended by striking out the expression "City of
Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" wherever [t+ appears and
substituting the expression "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"; ,

That the said Bylaw be further amended by striking out the expression

: "RS~2 (Single Family Residential)" wherever [+ appears and substituting
: the expression "RS=3 (Estate Residential)";

: That the said Bylaw be further amended by striking out the expression

‘ "RS=1 (Single Familiy Residential)" wherever i+ appears and substituting
the expression "RS=1 (Large Lot Residential)";

That the said Bylaw be further amended by striking out the expression |
: "RM-3 (Mulitple Family Residential)" wherever it appears and substituting :
; the expression "RM=3 (Town House Apartment)’:

AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2255, as amended, be read a third time," |
