A regular meeting of the Municipal Corncil of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the wouncil Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hal! on Monday, December 22, 1986 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in

attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.
Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters P.Eng, Parks and Recreation Director
Ked. Taylor and Deputy City Engineer/Operations Manager T. Chong.

That the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held on December
15th, 1986 be taken as read and adopted.

From the City Engineer, December 18, 1986 regarding the Engineering

Proposals for 1987 Design Program.

Moved by Alderman Wright:
Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That the contract for design of the 1987 Capital Frogram be awarded
to Associated Engineering in accordance with the proposal received from
The Company and that the design fee not exceed $65,800.00 including all
disbursements.

Carried.

Alderman Laking voted
against the resolution.

B.C. Teacher's Association.

That charges be waived for the B.C. Music Teacher's Association on
May 3rd, 1987 for the use of the Terry Fox Library, Meetin.; Rooms.
