RECOMMENDATION: That the Clerk's Office be directed to
prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot 4 D.L. 380,
Pian 69280, NWLD from RS-1 and CS-1 to C-2.
And That this rezoning bylaw be held at:
Third reading pending the owners! providing
assurance the project is going to proceed.

COMMENTS:

1. This application is for completion of development of the
Beaver Lumber site.

2. The proposal follows the design guidelines for building
: form and location, deveaioped by the City and owners,

Truscan Realty.

In conclusion, approval of this rezoning application is
being recommend. If follows the design theme set for the
site and compietes development of the property.
