Re: U.B.C.M. Conventions.

Among the resolutians coming forth at the U.B.C.M. Convention
this year is one relating to the size of U.B.C.M. conventions

-(AS6).

It is my belief that this is a good resolution, particularly in
times of fiscal restraint, but aiso very important the
unwieldliness of a convention of this size and the problem of
finding facilities in the Province to hold said convention.

I would move that this Council ‘alternate Council members each
year, by sending only the Mayor and one half the Council to the
U.B.C.M. conventions in the coming years.
