Background and Comments: One of our functions In Engineering department is to set up ‘a computer model for our storm Sewer drainage system. Such a model would allow us to analyze the effect of various frequency and duration storms on our existing drainage system and also to simulate changes in the system. The development of storm runotft models jis considerably more difficult then water network analysis or sanitary sewer flows. There are a number of different models which could be used each of which have some advantages and disadvantages. This one day seminar, for which an agenda is attached, Is designed to assist in the development of these models. As [ft fs local, | would like te take the opportunity of sending both the Assistant Engineer who is responsible for design and the Project Engineer who actually dees the modeling. < — , Pal F.E.
