The sounding of any train engine whistle in accordance with the provisions of Section 248(1) cf the Railway Act of Canada, 1970, as amended, in respect of the at-grade highway railway crossings on Westwood Street at Canadian Pacific Railway Crossing mileage 112.8 Cascade Subdivision and on Pitt River Road, at Canadian Pacific Railway Crossing mileage 1.52 West- minater Subdivision, both within the limits of the Dis- trict of Coquitlam, is hereby prohibitad. 2.
