RECOMMENDATION:

That no further amendments be made to the "Election (Civic)
Procedure Bylaw, 1971, No. 1115" at this time.

The sign Provisions of Bylaw No. 1115 only affect property
owned or controlled by the City and the City's Sign Bylaw
continues to permit Civic election signs on private property
for the thirty day period preceding Polling Day. ;
