The said Transfer of Estate in Fee-Simple shall be prepared and registered by the solicitors for the Vendor at the expense of the Purchaser. 12. The Vendor shall and will suffer and permit the Purchaser to occupy and enjoy the Lands until default be made in the payment of the said sums of money above mentioned or interest thereon, ox any part thereof ¢ Or the Purchaser otharwise defaults in the observance and performance of the various covenants. and conditions. contained on the part of the Purchaser to. be performed or observed, on. the days and. times and in the Manner. above mentioned, subject, nevertheless, to impeachment for voluntary or permissive waste. The. Purchaser agrees that the Vendor shall he entitled to access to the Lands at all reasonabla times for the purposes of inspecting the Lands end improvements. 13.
