THE CORPORATION OF THE CLTY OF PORT COQUITLAM

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
will held a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April
23rd, 3979 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-law to

amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No, 1662: To rezone Lot 12, Lot 1, Block B, District Lot
479, Group One, Plan 18105, New Westminster District from RS-1
(Single-Family Residential) to RS-1A (Single-Family Residential).
This property is located at 3365-67 Wellington Street and it
is expected that two 44' residential lots will be created

following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of &:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from April llth,
1979 to April 23rd, 1979. .
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
