April 17th, 1978 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hali, 2272 McAllister Avenue, ‘Port Coquitlam, B.C. on April 17th, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, M.A. Thompson and L..M. Traboulay in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Planning Officer L. Lee, Works and Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. M.K. Warwick. : ‘ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: | “His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised that a proposed By-law to Zoning Public Hearing- authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract would now be considered: B/L 1487 (L.U.C.19) 1775 Lougheed Hwy. By-Law No. 1487: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract: with : { } } i I | t ! { : Camrose Development Ltd., #203 -— 955 West Broadway, Vancouver, B.C. in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 19" which Land Use Contract is annexed to and made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 19 shali extend to and shall regulate the development and use of land described as: Blk. 5, District Lot 480, Group One, Plan 17155, New Westminster District. The above noted property is located at 1775 Lougheed Highway and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 19 will permit the land, buildings, and structures loacted thereat, to-be used for certain uses permitted in the RS-1 (One Family Residential) Zone as set out in the Schedule "B" of the said Land Use Contract No. 19 in order to permit the construction of a residential complex containing 60 Semi-Detached Strata Title Units on the said property and various provisions are contained ia the said Land Use Contract concerning the size, shape, and iting of buildings and structures and various other matters. A previous Public Hearing on Land Use Contract No. 19 was held on December 13th, 1976, but construction of the 64 Townhouse Units proposed at that time did not commence and Land Use Contract No. 19 has been substantially amended to provide for the construction of 60 Semi-Detached Units by a different applicant.
