Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution the City Treasurer provided an explanation of the accounts questioned by Members of Council, namely, #12869 - a refund of Subdivision Deposit to Lomar Investment Corp; #12939 -refund of deposit for Christmas Tree Stand; #12958 payment for repairs to Centennial Pool. Alderman Mabbett requested that with respect to A/C#13009, the City Treasurer prepare a report as to the frequency of the City retaining the services of Fred West Electric Ltd. Alderman Traboulay suggested that in future the Finance Committee review the lists of accounts prior to their presentation to Council in order to obtain clarification of any accounts such as had been queried this evening.
