A By-law to authorize The Corporation of the City of Porr

Coquitlam to lease certain property from Horner Developments Ltd.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

: The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam are hereby empowered to sign and enter into, on behalf of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, that certain agreement between

“The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and Horner Developments Ltd.

wherein a.portion of the building situate on Lots 34 and 35, Block 3,

District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1213, New Westminster District as

described in the Agreement upon the terms and conditions set forth in the

‘said Agreement annexed hereto and marked "Schedule A" to this By-law.

This. By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Library Lease

By-law, 1976, No. 1443",
